We take care of everything from the photos of the property to listing, advertising, and marketing your home on the internet such as on Airbnb, HomeAway, VRPO, TripAdvisor, and other websites. We provide a market watch service to make sure that your property is priced properly and accurately based on the market. We are always in constant communication with you, the property owner.
BeachHost ensures that you understand all of the requirements that come with renting your property. We understand that some details, such as the Department of Tourism licensing and the filling of monthly Department of Tourism taxes.
